This policy explains how Life Apps Studio handles information when you visit lifeappsstudio.com, buy a software license, or use AI-POS, RenameFlow, Image Batch, or PDF Fit.
Information we handle
- Purchase details you provide, such as your name and email address.
- Payment status, order identifiers, refund information, and related records received from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, bank-account, or UPI credentials.
- A one-way device identifier, product identifier, license status, activation timestamps, and basic technical request data used to activate, validate, limit, or revoke licenses.
- Standard website server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time.
Desktop data stays local
Files processed by RenameFlow, Image Batch, and PDF Fit stay on your computer. AI-POS business records, including products, sales, customers, staff, expenses, and backups, are stored locally on your computer. These applications do not upload that content to Life Apps Studio as part of their normal operation.
How we use information
We use information to complete purchases, issue and validate signed licenses, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, process refunds, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy terms. Microsoft distributes Microsoft Store applications under its own privacy terms. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver the website and licensing service.
Retention and security
Purchase and licensing records are kept while needed to provide lifetime licenses, handle accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Security controls are used to protect these records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or license-administration purposes. Use the contact option on the Life Apps Studio website and include the email used for your purchase.
Changes
We may update this policy as products or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
